Dave Herlong demonstrates this classic cocktail made with absinthe. The obituary is a traditional absinthe cocktail. Basically it's a gin martini with an absinthe kick.

 

1/2 ounce Obsello Absinthe

2 ounces Gin

Splash vermouth

 

Shake well and strain into a martini glass

Top with club soda 

Garnish with lemon
