2 Parts Bombay Saphire gin
1 Part Absinthe 
1 Part Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1 Part Dry vermouth
1 orange peel

Chill cocktail glass. Pour Gin and Absinthe in shaker with ice. Roll 1/2 oz of dry vermouth in cocktail glass and throw away the excess. Strain other ingredients into cocktail glass and float 1/2 oz of Grand Marnier over top. Garnish with orange peel.
